This Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) is entered into between the IEFP Academic Body and the Partner
Polytechnic / Diploma Institution for the purpose of academic collaboration in delivering the International
Engineering Foundation Program (IEFP).

1. Nature of Agreement

This MoU establishes a non-exclusive academic collaboration. The IEFP is an abroad-only international foundation program and is not a Diploma, Degree, or qualification recognized in India.

2. Program Scope

The Institution shall deliver IEFP programs as per approved bundle annexures. Programs are offered solely for
international academic progression to foreign universities.

3. Regulatory Compliance

The parties agree that this MoU does not affect the Institution’s AICTE or State Board approvals. No representation shall be made implying Indian statutory recognition.

4. Roles & Responsibilities

Institution: Provides infrastructure, faculty, and student support.
IEFP Academic Body: Provides curriculum, assessments, academic oversight, and certification.

5. Fees & Revenue Sharing

Fee structure and revenue sharing, if any, shall be mutually agreed in writing through a separate commercial
schedule.

6. Certification

Certificates issued shall clearly state: “International Engineering Foundation Program – Abroad Progression
Pathway Only.”

7. Term & Termination

This MoU shall be valid for three (3) years and may be terminated by either party with ninety (90) days written
notice.

8. Liability & Indemnity

Neither party guarantees admission, visa approval, or employment outcomes. Each party shall indemnify the other against misrepresentation.

9. Confidentiality

All academic materials and commercial terms are confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior written
consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This MoU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts.
